Return Policy

At Edward & Isabel Melbourne, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition

  • All original packaging and tags must be included

  • Items may be tried on, but not worn beyond fitting

  • Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of them are not accepted


Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at info@edwardisabel.com within 14 days of delivery

  2. You will receive return instructions and the return destination details

  3. Carefully package and ship the item at your own expense

  4. We recommend using a tracked shipping service


Return Location

Depending on the case, returns may need to be sent to an international return facility operated by our fulfilment partners.

(This may include overseas locations such as China.)


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable


Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments without valid tracking proof

  • If a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered received

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of ordering
